Jaguar to leave F1

It seems Scuderia Ferrari will have one less manufacturer to worry about next year as Ford Motor Company have announced their desire to sell the Jaguar F1 team. There has been speculation for months that the team would pull out of F1, but as recently as last week Jaguar Racing were saying they expected a big infusion of cash from their parent company.

Meanwhile, the Cosworth engine company is now also up for sale which leaves Jordan and Minardi, who have Cosworth engines, in the unenviable position of not knowing if they will have an engine supplier next year.
