Here is a possible place to consider for Southside meetings. I checked it out during lunch and here is what I found:
Positives
-has parking lot
-does groups
-offers full menu including pizzas in wood-fired oven
-nice atmosphere
-good food quality
-moderately priced
-is only about 2-3 miles from Enrico's
Negatives
-does not have a separate room, but they will set up tables for a large group in the fairly spacious central area
-they do not want to do separate checks, but they still charge an 18% gratuity for groups over 8 (we may be able to talk them into separate checks - I did not speak with the owner)

Had dinner there last night with a group. The dinner menu was extensive and there were a lot of specials - prices were moderate, I would say a much better value than what you get at Enrico's. The food quality was good, although meal preparation for some of the meals was not up to par. For example, the veal picatta was too lemony and someone had a dish with way too much balamic vinegar in it. Of course, this is subjective and many meals were fine. The owner did not seem conducive to the separate checks notion - our group had to pay in one check, which was a supreme hassle for us. I would not recommend this place if they will not do separate checks. Based on my experience, I think some more of our group should eat there before deciding to pursue it as a club meeting place.
